Adopt an ordinance to amend Article 2-5 of the Floyd County Ordinances titled "Animal and Fowl".

Adopt a resolution urging the Governor and General Assembly of Georgia to continue efforts to reform and improve mental health services for the citizens of Georgia.

Adopt a resolution declaring certain property of the county unserviceable and authorizing the transfer of said property to Rome-Floyd County Land Bank Authority.

Consider request to approve an agreement with the City of Rome for Joint Occupancy of the Emergency Operations Center and Fire Administration complex.

Consider request from Parks and Recreation to approve a temporary premises usage license agreement with Atlanta's Event Specialists for ice skating at Ridge Ferry Park.

Consider request from Floyd County Police to accept a Special Operations Grant in the amount of $50,000 and an Explosive K9 Grant in the amount of $4,500.

Consider request from Sheriff's Office to approve decreasing R&M budget GL Account # 100441 - 52200 by $10,500 and increasing Capital budget  GL Account # 330441 - 67040 by $10,500 for Emergency Water Heater Replacement. Consider request from Purchasing to award a bid to Anderson Power Services for the replacement and installation of the 500kw and 250kw generator at the Jail in the amount of $415,745 using 2017 SPLOST funds from GL Account # 319639 - 66127 - 60025. Funds will need to be a carry over for the 2024 budget. This vendor submitted a bid that met all specifications and was the lowest bid.
